1. Scope and onboarding

These Terms govern access by independent service suppliers, professionals, companies and freelancers ("Suppliers") to the SENSE supplier administration panel (the "Admin Panel") operated by Sense App S.à r.l. Access is conditional on SENSE approval, completion of onboarding checks, acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, execution of the relevant DPA, Data Sharing Annex, Joint Controller Arrangement or commercial schedule.

2. Supplier status and compliance

The Supplier acts as an independent contractor and, for each external service, as the identified contractual provider and trader unless a signed schedule expressly states otherwise. It is not an employee, agent, franchisee or partner of SENSE or of the accommodation operator, including The Central, and must not represent otherwise.

The Supplier is solely responsible for service delivery, personnel, licences, registrations, insurance, professional authorisations, tax and social security compliance, health and safety, consumer information, service quality and building and operator rules.

SENSE and the accommodation operator may facilitate booking, payment collection or mediation without becoming the physical service provider. This allocation does not limit their separate legal or contractual obligations.

3. Account access, MFA and authorised users

Each Admin Panel account is personal to named authorised users. Credentials must not be shared. SENSE may require multi-factor authentication, strong passwords, session timeout, role-based access control, least privilege, device hygiene and periodic access recertification.

The Supplier is responsible for activity under its accounts and must notify SENSE immediately, and in any event within 24 hours, of suspected compromise or unauthorised access.

4. Listings, prices and service information

The Supplier must ensure that listings, descriptions, prices, taxes, availability, cancellation rules, withdrawal information, service limitations, safety instructions and eligibility requirements are accurate, lawful and not misleading.

Before a User is bound, the Supplier must provide and keep current its legal and trade name, geographic address, email and telephone, registration and VAT details where applicable, trader status, complaint contact, licences and insurance where relevant, total price, cancellation and refund terms and any service-specific conditions. Changes do not affect already confirmed bookings unless the User agrees or mandatory law permits otherwise.

5. External-service contracting model and checkout disclosure

For each external service, the booking contract is between the User and the identified Supplier unless the checkout expressly states a different contracting model.

The Supplier authorises SENSE and the relevant accommodation operator to display its identity and terms and to facilitate booking and, where agreed, collect payment. The commercial schedule states whether payment is collected by the Supplier, The Central, SENSE or a PSP, and whether the collector acts as agent, merchant of record or another disclosed role.

Invoice, refund and chargeback responsibilities must be consistent across the schedule, checkout and receipt.

Immediately below the payment information and above the final booking or payment button, the App displays the independent provider notice with an unticked checkbox that the User must select through an affirmative action - the acceptance is logged. In a mixed basket, each external line item and provider is identified. The label "Trusted Local Partner" may be used only with prior SENSE Legal approval, documented onboarding criteria, valid licence and insurance checks where relevant and periodic monitoring though it does not imply a guarantee of service performance.

If confirmation creates a payment obligation, the final button uses "CONFIRM AND PAY" or equally unambiguous wording.

6. Service delivery

The Supplier must deliver services with due care, professional skill, punctuality and in accordance with the confirmed booking, the listing and applicable consumer law. It must respect Users, building staff, operator rules, safety procedures and confidentiality. It must not subcontract without prior SENSE approval and equivalent contractual and data protection obligations.
